Fitness: Features
About our Fitness Center

The cardiovascular area includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, steppers and rowers. The strength area includes over 2,000 square feet of free weights and a full line of Med-X, Nautilus and Hammer Strength machines provide everything you need to build muscle and tone.

Aquatics

Peak provides several programs for adults in our 25 meter outdoor pool. Members are invited to enjoy complementary lap swimming with their membership. In addition, aquatic exercise classes are offered throughout the week. Peak also provides Red Cross Swim Lessons and a Master's Swim Team during the summer. Adult Fitness Programs

The Peak Experience integrates physical fitness with a committed and friendly staff, looking forward to fulfilling and exceeding even the unexpressed needs of our members. The core of Peak's Vision is to integrate physical fitness into your everyday life with our committed staff by fulfilling and exceeding even your unexpressed needs. We strongly follow through with our commitment by providing a balanced Group Exercise Program that is included in membership. We have a range of classes on two levels: intensity and content. Although each class has a fixed expectation of challenge, all are invited and the instructor will accommodate all concerns.

 

Group Exercise Training

Included in membership, Peak offers classes differing in challenge and content. All members are invited to try new classes as the instructor will welcome and accommodate you. You will find classes that focus on a mixture or single element of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, stretching or athletic development. Personal & Small Group Training

The center of Peak's Vision is to integrate physical fitness into your everyday life with our committed staff by fulfilling and exceeding even your unexpressed needs. Peak Personal Trainers bring a passion for health and fitness to work every day, delivering the best training available in northeast Ohio. Led by Joanna Gilchrist, our staff takes pride in keeping up with current industry trends and the latest training methods, constantly pursuing continuing education.
