We strongly follow through with our commitment by providing a balanced Group Exercise Program that is included in membership. We have a range of classes on two levels: intensity and content. Although each class has a fixed expectation of challenge, all are invited and the instructor will accommodate all concerns.
With Personal and Small Group Training, members have the greatest amount of choice. Peak employees individuals of character and experience which will ensure, whether you pick a Trainer based on personality or training goals, that you will be successful.
