How Do I Get Started at Peak CrossFit?




Everyone must begin his or her training at Peak CrossFit our Introductory session. Our Introductory session is a complimentary one-on-one training session during which you will be educated on the CrossFit philosophy and experience a CrossFit workout. The INTRO session is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. It's objective is to assist us in getting to know you better by discussing your goals and expectations, fitness level, and experience. After your INTRO session, you can choose one of several membership options that gives you full access to our CrossFit Affiliate Gym, fitness programs and classes and member-discounted prices on small group and Private coaching.

Personal Coaching

If you are interested in reaching your fitness goals through a more focused, personalized method, we suggest learning more about our one-on-one and small group coaching programs.  Workin g one-on-one with a coach is a g reat choice when addressing health fitness and/or athletic goals that are unique to you.  It is also a good choice for the someone who has no experience with CrossFit and desire to build a foundation of skill and conditioning prior to taking classes.
