Master's Swim Team

Peak Performance Center and Brecksville High School Head Swimming Coach, Mike Schmidt will be offering a swim training programs for swimmers ages 13 and older.  Swimmers should have a previous background in competitive swimming.  The purpose of the program is to provide swimmers guided instruction and conditioning over the summer season.  A focus will be on swimming mechanics/technique, endurance, and sprint training.

Please note: Competition will not be part of the program.  Swimmers interested in competing over the summer should register either with USA swimming or US Master's Swimming.
